Seth Goodman has always had big dreams of being in real estate – since childhood, in fact. At the young age of 13, he started job shadowing local agents, and at 21, received his salesperson license and began selling homes full time while attending Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois full time. Born and raised in Lincoln, Seth has grown to understand the Lincoln/Logan County real estate market over the years. In late 2013, he purchased the ME Realty office and totally renovated the facilities both inside and out to better suit the agency’s / clients’ needs. Seth has been Logan County’s top producing real estate agent for the past six years, has been chosen as one of the 30 under 30 top real estate agents in the nation by Realtor Magazine in 2012, and is an Illinois Association of Realtors President’s club ruby award recipient among various other top honors.
