Brandi Patterson - Broker
Brandi Patterson was born and raised in Logan County on her family’s farm in Beason, Illinois. A graduate of Lincoln High School and Dallas Baptist University, Brandi brings deep local roots together with a broad professional background. She obtained her real estate license in both Illinois and Florida in 2024 and has a long-standing passion for residential and commercial real estate, supported by her ownership in multiple rental properties.
In addition to real estate, Brandi owns an insurance agency and works part-time in the airline industry, giving her a unique, well-rounded perspective on service, risk management, and client care. She is a proud member of the Capital Area Association of Realtors (CAAR) and is known for her attention to detail, love of interior decorating, and commitment to helping clients feel confident and informed throughout the buying or selling process.
Outside of work, Brandi enjoys traveling the world—especially Mexico, France, and Italy—reading, nurturing her ever-growing collection of plants, and spending time with her fur babies: Luca the Great Dane, Oliver the Lhasa Apso, and Henry the Exotic Shorthair. She is also a devoted mom and can often be found cheering on Liberty University, where her daughter Secily is a student athlete finishing up her nursing degree.
